Antique Edwardian Pheasant Brooch Diamond Emerald 18ct Gold
A wonderful antique Edwardian pheasant brooch lined with seventeen sparkling old mine-cut diamonds that graduate from the head all the way down his long tail feathers. They have SI 1/2 clarity – H/I colour and range from 0.06 – 0.20ct (approx. 2ct total).
The head of the bird is also set with an emerald eye, a collar of glistening emerald-green pastes and a double diamond dropper hanging from his beak.
It's modelled in solid 18ct gold with feather texturing etched across the front. It's a delightful antique find and complete with a secure pin and safety chain for extra security when worn.
