A glamorous Art Deco emerald diamond cluster ring from the 1920s crowned with a natural cabochon emerald in the centre, weighing approx. 1.6ct. It has a vivid green hue and inner glow that’s complemented by sixteen bright brilliant cut diamonds around the border with SI1 clarity – H colour, approx. 0.80ct total.

Emerald is the birthstone of May. The Romans considered it to be the sacred stone of the goddess Venus and was said to preserve love and provide hope. Its natural green colouring also makes it a stone of springtime and is associated with eternal love and faithfulness.

The piece is modelled in 18ct white gold and has a wonderful, octagonal gallery with pierced heart motifs around the sides. It would make a striking engagement ring, displaying a gorgeous natural emerald at its heart.

We recommend you insure for £3,000. We can provide a written Valuation on completion of the sale.
