Antique Art Deco Aquamarine Cocktail Ring 20ct Aqua
A spectacular antique Art Deco cocktail ring from the 1920s boasting an enormous emerald cut aquamarine weighing an impressive 20 carats (approx.) It has a desirable clear blue hue with flickering facets that mimic ripples upon a clear pool.
Aquamarine is the birthstone of March. It derives its name from its calming, clear blue/ green colouring that emulates the beauty of a tropical ocean or icy glacial waters. It was once believed to be the treasure of Mermaids and is said to bring happiness, good fortune and eternal youth.
The stone is mounted in a grand 18ct gold gallery, displaying it proudly atop the finger with beautiful scrolling metalwork around the sides. It’s a magnificent statement piece and is sure to turn heads.
