Antique Victorian Ruby Diamond Five Stone Ring 2.6ct Rubies With Cert
This gorgeous antique Victorian ruby carved half-hoop ring is adorned with five natural cushion-cut rubies with a luxurious, deep red-wine hue, complemented by eight twinkling diamonds in between.
The ring is accompanied by a gem certification that verifies the rubies are natural with no heat treatment and are likely of Thailand origin. They graduate from approx. 0.20ct, to 1ct in the centre and total approx. 2.6ct.
Ruby is the birthstone of July and has long been associated with the heart due to its fiery pink/ red colouring which is symbolic of passion. It’s said to bring good fortune in love and provide long-lasting happiness and vitality to any relationship.
The piece is modelled in 18ct gold with deep, scrolled engraving down the sides and shoulders. It dates to the late 19th Century and displays a beautiful collection of quality rubies that look stunning spread over the finger.
