Antique Victorian Cabochon Star Ruby Diamond Ring 3ct Ruby Circa 1880

This magnificent antique Victorian cluster ring is adorned with a natural 3ct Star Ruby which is a lovely deep red colour and features a mystifying glow that shimmers across the surface in the shape of a star. 

The Ruby is surrounded by a halo of superb clarity Diamonds which total to approx. 1ct and complement the Ruby wonderfully.

The stones are mounted in an 18ct Yellow Gold gallery which has a fabulous open worked design around the back and shoulders. It is truly one of a kind and looks spectacular on the finger.
