The brooch is adorned with a pretty 6ct heart shaped Opal in the centre and surrounded by Rubies and Diamonds
The brooch stems out and leads to two small shamrocks at each end which are set with Rubies and Sapphires
All set in 18ct Yellow Gold and fitted with a secure pin and catch
