Art Deco Aquamarine Diamond Cocktail Ring 12ct Aqua
A magnificent Art Deco aquamarine cocktail ring exhibiting a large emerald-cut aqua weighing approx. 12 carats. It has a clear glacier-blue hue and linear facets that flicker beautifully when they catch the light. It’s flanked by triangular shoulder accents set with a trio of brilliant cut diamonds on each side, approx. 0.30ct total.
Aquamarine is the birthstone of March. It derives its name from its tranquil, clear blue/ green colouring that emulates the beauty of a tropical ocean or icy glacial waters. It was once believed to be the treasure of Mermaids and is said to bring happiness, good fortune and eternal youth.
The piece is modelled in 18ct white gold and the aqua is mounted in a robust four-prong mount with open workmanship around the sides. It’s a spectacular statement piece, boasting a breath-taking aquamarine and is complete with London hallmarks and sizing beads within the band.
We recommend you insure for £3,700. We can provide a written Valuation on completion of the sale.
