The Victorian era was one of this country’s most formative periods seeing in many of the technologies we take for granted today. It was also a period of rapid growth and as the middle-class became more affluent the demand for luxury goods increased. Many wives became the recipients of stunning Victorian brooches, rings, pendants and cameos.
